UK Shipping Only Velyx Research Ltd currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Dispatch Times All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery Times Standard UK delivery takes 1-3 working days from dispatch. We use tracked courier services so you can monitor your order every step of the way. A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

All Velyx Research Ltd products are dispatched in protective packaging to maintain vial integrity throughout transit. Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods, but upon receipt we recommend refrigerating all products promptly. For long-term storage, keep at -20°C away from light and moisture.

Shipping Costs Standard tracked shipping is charged at a flat rate per order. Free shipping is available on orders over a threshold amount. Current shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Velyx Research Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at hello@velyx.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
