Research has examined its potential for targeting gut health, dermatology and systemic inflammation.

Overview

KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) for research use only, is a synthetic tripeptide derived from the C-terminal region of the endogenous peptide hormone alpha-melanocyte stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It has attracted significant interest in peptide research due to its anti-inflammatory properties and activity in a range of preclinical models.

This vial contains 10mg of KPV, supplied lyophilised (freeze-dried), research grade, in a sealed vial. Each batch is independently tested and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is published on this page before sale.

KPV is investigated in research settings including inflammatory signalling pathways, gastrointestinal barrier function, epithelial tissue models, and immune system regulation. Velyx makes no health claims about this compound.
